We Reject Sexual Exploitation

Hotel and Club Punta Leona believes that the exploitation of human beings in any form, particularly sexual, and especially when it affects children and adolescents, violates the fundamental aims of tourism and constitutes a denial of its essence; for this reason, in pursuance of law No. 7899 against Commercial Sexual exploitation of under-age persons and with article 4 of our code of conduct, we refuse any tourism that facilitates, tolerates, or promotes Sexual and Commercial Exploitation of children and adolescents.

Following our policies, any activity related to the sexual and commercial exploitation of children and adolescents will be denounced to authorities.
