Hotel General Policies
All reservations must be made through the reservations department in writing, by internet or fax, specifying the services required.
All reservations require a confirmation number from the reservations department of the Hotel.
All reservations require the name of the guest and other relevant information of the person due to stay at the Hotel.
On arrival at the Hotel the client must present an agency voucher. The Hotel will provide all services indicated on this document.
When the clients pay for the reservation at the hotel directly, the agency or company must present a credit card guarantee. In the case of No show, the booking agency will be responsible for the payment.
Christmas & Easter reservations must be paid in advance. A minimum stay of seven nights is required for these periods.
“Low season” from May 1 to June 30 and August 1 to November 15, 2013.
PAYMENT POLICIES
INDIVIDUALS
A 100% prepayment 7 days before the date of arrival.
GROUPS
25% deposit 30 days before the date of arrival.
A 100% prepayment 7 days before the date of arrival.
No credit given for groups.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
INDIVIDUALS
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will be charged one night.
In the case of a no show no refund will apply.
GROUPS
Less than 7 days before arrival will be charged one night per room.
In the case of a no show no refund will apply.
“High season” from January 1 to April 30, July 1 to July 31 and from November 16 to December 24, 2013.
PAYMENT POLICIES
INDIVIDUAL
All reservations must be prepaid at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
GROUPS
25% deposit 90 days before group arrival.
100% prepayment, 30 days before the group arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
INDIVIDUAL
Cancellations made Less than 72 hours the Hotel will charge one night.
In the case of a no show no refund will apply.
GROUPS
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to group arrival will not be charged.
Cancellations made between 29 and 05 days before the arrival of the group will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
Less than 4-0 days no refund will apply.
No show no refund will apply.
“Peak season” from December 25 to December 31, and from March 24 to March, 2013.
POLICIES FOR PEAK SEASON
INDIVIDUALS
Prepayment will make with days before arrival date.
GROUPS
Minimum of 5 rooms to be consider a group, with a 25% deposit on reservation and a 100% payment 45 days before arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
INDIVIDUALS
Cancellations made between 14-7 days before the arrival a charge of 50% of the prepayment will apply.
Less than 7 days no refund will apply.
No show no refund will apply.
GROUPS
For cancellations made 60 days before arrival date no charge will apply.
From 59 to 30 days before the arrival date a 50% charge of the deposit will apply.
From 30 days before the arrival date a 100% charge of the prepayment will apply.
In case of No show no refund will apply.

CHILDREN POLICIES
From 0 to 5 years accompanied by two adults no charge will apply.
From 06 to 11 years the meals will be charge. 12 years and older are considered as adults.
In this case a maximum of two children for each room applies.
GENERAL POLICIES
- CHECK IN: 3:00 pm
- CHECK OUT: 12:00 md
- No pets or quad bikes are allowed on the premises.
